Carrots - a healthy sidekick for every meal Carrots are underrated as a vegetable today and they are not consumed as much as they should. People have somehow forgot about them and that is a real shame because carrots are a good choice every day.
Whether you eat them on your own as a separate meal or as a addition to meat or other vegetables they are often a good choice in a everyday meal. What is so good about carrots is they are very rich in antioxidants and very good for prevention of cardiovascular diseases. As they are very rich with beta-caroten they are very good for the skin,nails and hair so you should consume a lot of carrots if you wanna stay beautiful. Carrots are also rich in vitamins A,K,B and C.
One good thing about carrots is they are very suitable for everyone who has problems with gastritis,colitis and any kind of indigestion problems. Apparently,carrots are very good for our health and carry a lot of benefits and we should have that in mind when we choose and plan our meals.
